Extra blankets should be readily available!!! The outdoor pool needs better cleaning, and I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed during my stay. The foldaway beds are a safety hazard that definitely need replacing!!!

My experience here was outright frustrating. Check-in took an eternity. I waited nearly an hour and a half for my room to be ready, making me late for important plans. To top it off, the bed had a huge sinkhole, forcing me to prop myself up with pillows just to stay comfortable. It felt like I was staying in a dilapidated facility with inadequate care for guests.
