Extra blankets should be readily available!!! The outdoor pool needs better cleaning, and I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed . The foldaway beds are a safety hazard that definitely need replacing!!!

The location was unbeatable and magnificent for me as it was just off cafe as well as the center. The place was less than a 15-minute walk to a historical society museum. The room itself was spotless and fine and the breakfast was large.
No issues.

Equal parts excellent and disappointing
The complimentary breakfast was excellent! Staff were cute, and the cleanliness of the rooms added to the pleasant experience.
Unfortunately, the noise from delivery vehicles and the inadequate gym facilities detracted from an otherwise lovely stay.

top access from inside the room. clean and very quiet air conditioning. all new made. pool is clean. absolutely good breakfast in the integrated restaurant. we have been coming here for years and it is still part of our stay. price performance flawless.

Good Value for a Quick Stay
The location is convenient and the room comfortable for a short trip. Enjoyed the cozy atmosphere although the breakfast service needed improvement. Wait times were long and food presentation could use some attention. Recommend arriving early to avoid the morning rush.

great stop for 1-2 nights. rooms were simple, comfortable and clean. breakfast was served in the house integrated restaurant for a coupon from the reception (selection of some dishes) - which was very good. staff was very friendly and helpful.
room smell (room spray) as well as the ancient air conditioning was very loud

The Queen room was clean and quiet, a huge plus. The bed was decent, nothing too special. The staff were super nice. I liked that breakfast was offered to go with some fresh options. It was a solid spot for a couple of nights.

We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and even hit up Pinetop Lakes Golf & Country Club. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast while the kitchen was remodeled. This place is a solid choice!
